These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by SPINCITY Table Tennis KFT (“SPINCITY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website (https://spincity.hu), mobile app (https://app.spincity.hu), and access to our venue at Fáy utca 4, 1139 Budapest. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To make a booking, users must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities conducted through your account.

To request account deletion and data removal, please email: info@spincity.hu

3. Facility Access & Use

Access to the facility is granted via:

The SPINCITY app (using the “Open Door” button), or
A time-sensitive 6-digit keypad code displayed in your booking

Access is permitted from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after your reserved time. Overstaying may result in additional charges or penalties.

Use is restricted strictly to the table(s) you have booked. Occupying unreserved tables is not permitted.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All payments and refunds are processed through Revolut Pay Business.

Cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking

Refunds are subject to manual approval. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been approved or declined.

5. Conduct & Venue Rules

By using SPINCITY services, you agree to comply with all facility rules. These are outlined in our:

Breaches of these rules (e.g. overstaying, smoking, bringing unregistered guests) may result in penalties up to 100,000 HUF and/or account suspension.

6. User Responsibility & Liability

You are responsible for:

All activity under your account
Your own behaviour and that of any guests accompanying you
Any damage caused to SPINCITY property

SPINCITY is not liable for:

Personal injuries sustained on the premises
Theft, loss, or damage to your belongings
Misuse of equipment or unauthorised access

7. Photography, Video & Commercial Use

You are welcome to take photos or videos for personal use.
Any commercial use (including paid lessons, filming, or group sessions) requires written permission from SPINCITY.

8. CCTV & Security Monitoring

Our venue is monitored by 24/7 CCTV and security systems for:

Safety and operational enforcement
Booking validation and rule compliance
Coaching and in-app replay functionality

All footage is processed and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

SPINCITY shall not be held liable for delays, service interruptions, or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control. These may include (but are not limited to):

Power outages
Internet or technical disruptions
Severe weather or natural disasters
Government restrictions or legal orders

In such cases, no refunds shall be issued unless explicitly stated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled by the competent courts of Hungary.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
