How booking works

Booking a table or private lesson only takes a few simple steps.

Create an account

Create your SPINCITY account or log in to your existing one.

Choose your venue

Select SPINCITY PEST or SPINCITY BUDA, both open 24/7.

Choose what to book

Book a table, or choose the private lesson / coach booking option.

Choose your time

Select your date and time, complete payment if needed, and your booking will appear in your account.

Important: open your booking in My Bookings

After booking, open the actual booking details. This is where you will find your access code and the Open Door button.

The booking number in the confirmation email is not your door code.

How to get in

Entry is easy once you open the booking details in your account.

Access code

Your booking details may show an access code for entry. If you do not see a code immediately after booking, do not worry — in some cases the code is only generated closer to the booking, sometimes up to 48 hours before.

Open Door button

Inside your booking details, you will also see an Open Door button. If you press it in the webapp, it will open the door.

If there is any issue with the code, the Open Door button should still work.

Table bookings

Book a table online for practice, matches or casual play.

Private lessons

Book a private lesson with a coach through the coach booking option.

Trainings, social events and competitions.

How to leave the hall

On the door, there is a small black button. Press it, wait about one second until you hear the lock turn, and then open the door.

Do not push the door immediately — wait for the lock to release first.

Useful to know

Bookings can be cancelled automatically more than 24 hours before the booking for a full refund.

Rackets and balls are available in the venue, so you can still play even if you do not bring your own equipment.
