AYCM booking process

Step-by-step guide at SPINCITY


ℹ️ Quick overview

To use AYCM, the booking must be made through the SPINCITY system.
The payment is initially held, and after check-in, a refund is processed automatically.


1️⃣ Registration

Create an account in the SPINCITY system

2️⃣ Add your AYCM membership

  • Go to Account → Memberships
  • Click “Create”
  • Select: All You Can Move (AYCM)
  • Enter your membership ID (numbers only, without “KR”)

3️⃣ Booking

  • Go to the Booking menu
    Select the AYCM option in the top left corner
    Choose your time slot and table
  • 👉 BOOKING

4️⃣ Payment

  • The booking must be paid online.
  • The amount is only held (pre-authorized) and not charged immediately.

5️⃣ Entering the venue

  • After your booking, you will receive an access code.
  • You can use this to enter.
  • You can also open the door using the “Open door” button in your booking.

6️⃣ Check-in (very important!)

  • Open the AYCM app
  • Scan the QR code at the entrance

💰 Refund

  • 1 AYCM member → 50% refund
  • 2 AYCM members → 100% refund

👉Add another AYCM user:

  • Can be added during booking
  • or later in the booking details → enter the other user’s membership ID

⚠️ Important information

  • If no check-in is completed, the full amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance.
  • AYCM usage:
  • The venue is open 24/7.
    • Weekdays: 00:00–17:00 and 20:00–24:00
    • Weekends: all day
  • The venue is open 24/7.
