At SPINCITY, we aim to create a safe, respectful, and premium table tennis experience for all players and guests. By using our venue and services, you agree to the following rules and responsibilities.
🔑 1. Facility Access
- Access is fully automated via app.spincity.hu
- Enter the venue by opening your active booking and tapping “Open Door”
- Alternatively, use the 6-digit access code (shown in your booking), valid from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after your session
- Do not share your code or access with unauthorized guests
⏰ 2. Booking Duration & Overstays
- Each booking includes access to the facility 30 minutes before and after your session for changing or preparation
- Staying at your table more than 5 minutes after your booking ends will result in an automatic 30-minute charge
- Continued overstays may result in fines or access restrictions
🧍 3. Guest Policy
- Every booking includes up to 4 people (including yourself)
- Groups of 5–6 are allowed for a small additional fee at checkout
- Larger groups must request approval via events@spincity.hu
- Bringing extra guests without booking may result in a fine up to 60,000 HUF
🚫 4. Prohibited Behaviour & Items
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited – fine up to 100,000 HUF
- Alcohol is not allowed anywhere on-site – fine up to 100,000 HUF
- Switching tables without a valid booking is not allowed
- Disrespectful behavior toward others will not be tolerated
🛡️ 5. Security & Monitoring
- SPINCITY is monitored by 24/7 CCTV cameras for your safety and to maintain fair play
- Camera footage may also be used for coaching, feedback, or replay features
- Our professional security team can issue warnings, revoke access, or apply penalties in case of rule violations
- By using the facility, you consent to being recorded within the premises
🏓 6. Equipment & Facilities
- Rackets and balls are provided at each table
- Feel free to bring your own gear or purchase premium SPINCITY items
- Showers and changing rooms are available for all guests
📅 7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your session to receive a full refund
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours
- Cancel your booking via the app or at app.spincity.hu/bookings

- Each refund is manually reviewed — a separate confirmation email will be sent
⚠️ 8. Penalties for Violations

| Disrespectful behavior | No limit |
SPINCITY reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account involved in repeated or serious violations of these rules.
⚖️ 9. Liability
- SPINCITY is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your visit
- All use of the facility and equipment is at your own risk
