How do I access the playing arena?
Accessing the arena is quick and fully automated. Just open the app.spincity.hu app and go to your active booking in the ‘My Bookings’ section. When it’s time for your session, you’ll see an ‘Open door’ button – tap it to unlock the entrance instantly.
Alternatively, you can enter the 6-digit access code (also shown in your booking), which is time-sensitive and only works during your booking period.

How long can I stay at the facility?
You may access the facility 30 minutes before your booking and up to 30 minutes after. Simply open the app.spincity.hu app and go to your active booking in the ‘My Bookings’ section, in the booking page you will find the options to enter or re-enter. You’re welcome to take a reasonable amount of time to change and prepare.
Please note that our security team may impose penalties for significant overstays or ignoring announcements.
Do I need to bring my own rackets or balls?
Not at all! Each table is equipped with rackets and balls for your convenience. However, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.

Can I bring guests?
Yes! Each booking allows up to 4 people (including yourself) at no extra cost. For groups of up to 6, there’s a small fee (calculated at checkout).

Do you offer drinks and snacks?
Yes, we do! Our on-site vending machines are stocked with a variety of cold drinks and energising snacks to keep you refreshed.
Please note that alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
Do you have showers?
Yes! SpinCity provides clean and comfortable showers in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms, so you can freshen up before or after your session.
Is there a place to change at the facility?
Yes, we have separate changing rooms for men and women, each equipped with benches and hangers so you can change clothes comfortably and privately.
Can I choose my preferred table at the playing arena?
Yes, you can select your preferred table during checkout. Simply use the drop-down menu to choose an available option.
If your desired table is already taken, you’ll need to select another. If you don’t choose one, the system will automatically assign a table for you.
What if I exceed my allotted time?
If you stay at the table more than 5 minutes after your booking ends, the system will automatically charge you for an additional 30 minutes.
To avoid this, please clear the table promptly. You may still remain in the facility to gather your belongings or change.
Our security team will enforce penalties for overstays and ignoring reminders.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking anytime at spincity.hu/bookings by clicking the “Cancel Booking” button.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before, you’ll receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time.
This policy helps us ensure fair availability and smooth operations.
If you’re unable to attend, please cancel as a courtesy—we truly appreciate it.

How do you ensure everyone’s safety at the facility?
We partner with a professional security firm that monitors each table 24/7. They have access to the facility via a CCTV system and integrated speaker network.

Can I book an event?
Yes! To book an event, please email us at events@spincity.hu.
We welcome private events, but our priority is the ping pong community, so we limit event bookings to ensure regular access for players.
There’s an empty table next to us – can we use it?
No. You’ll need a valid booking to use any table, even if it’s unoccupied.
Switching tables without a booking may result in a fine.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the facility.
Violations may result in your account being blocked and fines up to 100,000 HUF.
Is alcohol allowed?
No, SpinCity does not serve or permit alcohol on-site.
Bringing or consuming alcohol may result in account suspension and fines up to 100,000 HUF.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Send an email to request this at info@spincity.hu.
Are there penalties for breaking the rules?
Yes, our security team may impose fines based on the type and severity of the violation. Ignoring reminders or repeat offenses may result in higher penalties.
Examples of penalties:
• Significant overstaying – up to 70,000 HUF
• Bringing extra guests – up to 60,000 HUF
• Smoking or vaping – up to 100,000 HUF
• Alcohol on-site – up to 100,000 HUF
• Ignoring warnings – up to 100,000 HUF
• Damaging equipment – no limit
• Disrespecting others – no limit
