Bio

Mark Martin Pink began his table tennis journey at the age of 7 in his hometown, and the sport has been a defining part of his life ever since. As a young athlete, he achieved multiple national and international medals and represented his country at numerous global tournaments as part of the national squad.

At just 19 years old, Mark transitioned into coaching, and over the past 14+ years, he has worked with a wide range of players—from young beginners to seasoned veterans and national team athletes. His coaching career has taken him across Europe, including roles in Romania, at one of the top clubs in England, and as head coach in Debrecen. He later led ASEA Florina in Greece, where the team earned a prestigious ETTU medal, and had a key coaching role at Budaörs, Hungary’s leading women’s club.

Since 2023, Mark has been a member of the Hungarian national team coaching staff, working with men, women, and juniors. He served as Head Coach of the Women’s Team and proudly coached Georgina Póta at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
