This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made through SPINCITY Table Tennis KFT (via https://spincity.hu or https://app.spincity.hu) may be cancelled and refunded.

✅ Free Cancellation – 24 Hours Notice
You may cancel your booking for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
❌ No Refund – Less Than 24 Hours Notice
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued, regardless of reason.
This applies to all types of bookings, including:
- Table reservations
- Coaching sessions
- Group events, workshops, and tournaments
2. Refund Process
Refunds are not automatic. Once you cancel a booking, your request is reviewed manually by the SPINCITY team.
If the request meets our cancellation policy, a full refund will be approved.
- Refunds are issued via our Revolut Business account using the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
✅ You will receive a separate email from the SPINCITY team confirming whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
3. Modifications and Rescheduling
We do not offer rescheduling.
If you’re unable to attend, you must cancel your existing booking and, if eligible, request a refund.
To book a new time, simply visit our website or app and create a new booking.
